Brazil Rainforest Alliance

$11.95

Of the several varieties of coffee produced in Brazil, the Yellow Bourbon is an heirloom variety that produces phenomenal coffee. Unfortunately, bourbon yields are lower and most growers have abandoned it for more prolific hybrid strains. It is produced by the Fazenda Cochoeira, located in the state of Sao Paulo. With our Brazil Yellow Bourbon, the cherry of this unique bourbon is actually yellow, and the cup is amazingly bright and sweet with a classic nutty Brazilian flavor. Whereas most Brazilian coffees are used for making espresso blends, this vintage bourbon is an excellent cup of coffee all on its own!

12 oz. bag
